To join we need a completed application and membership dues for the first
year. Please submit the form below for more information and a copy of the application.

Who Can Join?
Membership shall be granted to any person who has a degree in music or to any person
who is actively engaged in the profession of music as a teacher, performer or as a college music student. All
members shall be affiliated with Music Teachers National Association and North Carolina Music Teachers Association.

Benefits of Joining
The purpose of
the Raleigh Piano Teachers Association is to exchange ideas, to discuss pedagogical issues, to create a love and understanding
of piano repertoire, and to promote a sense of community in our professional lives.
The regular monthly meetings shall be designed to stimulate professional growth so that our members may provide quality
education to our students. Students of teachers who are members may participate in annual musicales, festivals,
and contests.
